As a dedicated graphic designer, I've had the privilege of collaborating with The McLean Project for the Arts, a prominent contemporary visual arts non-profit based in McLean, VA.
My primary contribution involved preparing for their annual fundraising extravaganza, the 'Soirée Celebration.'
I was entrusted with the task of creating event invitations and printed promotional materials that added a touch of elegance and excitement to the celebration.
My commitment to event graphic design services extends beyond aesthetics; it's about curating an immersive experience that resonates with the event's atmosphere, leaving a lasting impact on attendees.

Soiree Save the Date - for SMS. Butterflies were used as an inspiring motif throughout the event.
I designed and mailed a double-sided invitation, which included a QR code for easy RSVP's. On the back of the invitation, I included an easy to follow chart of our sponsorship opportunities.
The Money Shot: an idea we had to help with fundraising. 21 Seeds Tequila, an event sponsor, donated bottles of their tequila to the event and was used for The Money Shot. This was a huge hit among the attendees.
Signage designed and printed for the event. Luck of the Draw was another fundraising initiative during the party. Artists affiliated with MPA donated pieces and those who purchased a raffle ticket had an opportunity to go home with a great piece of artwork.
Signage designed for the event, which used the butterfly motif. The sign features all of the event donors and sponsors.
Save the Date for social media use, designed to match the mailed invitation.
The sponsor design was then repurposed for use as a centerpiece for the tables. I learned and operated a GlowForge, which allowed me to laser engrave the design onto a thick piece of acrylic. I then put the acrylic in a light-up stand, which was especially effective as the evening soiree continued through the night.
